I truly believe that mastering head hunger is the key to success. Imagine how ravenous you would be if you had no surgery at all!? Just keep doing your best. I too fill up on tea. It works for me! I have only just started to feel peckish again after four years so I have made the decision to change the things I eat: more protein (not easy as a veggie) more complex carbs and lots more tea/coffee – decaf at least half the time.

Wls is not a magic wand and we will, all of us, always have to be vigilant. It’s something I’m more than willing to do because if it were not for my surgery, Shaw Somers and the wonderful team at Streamline, I wouldn’t even be having this conversation with you most likely 🙁
