I cannot tell you how happy this post makes me feel Lynne. This really is the start of your new life.

Be kind to yourself, you are like a newborn and will have to learn how to eat again. Be patient and don’t place any pressure upon yourself to reach your goals too quickly. Trust the surgery to do it’s job and understand that it’s not easy to totally overhaul your feelings about food without a few hiccups along the way.

Most importantly, believe that you will never be alone as we are all here to help you, and each other. If you have a great day, tell us. If you have a rotten day, tell us. Sometimes just the very act of sounding off can make a problem seem less troubling.

I can’t wait to hear all about your journey.
