My new addiction – scales!! :0(

I’ve used mine sooo much the batteries ran out over a week ago! Hubby promised to get me some batteries but I’m still waiting! I know I could get them myself but thought no I don’t need to weigh myself so frequently BUT I’m scared to eat in case I’m putting on weight or staying the same!! HELP what do I do! So frustrating!! :0(

In my humble opinion (I am not a clinician) I think what you may be suffering from is lack of trust – in yourself and your surgery. Why not try not replacing those batteries for a week? See how it goes? Staying the same is not a crime!
