Hi Doodah!
I hope you are nice and warm away from all of this rain we are having!
Just an update really to let you know how I am getting on:
Today was very restful watched a DVD and a friend called round before that.
Catering for myself and doing a little washing etc but that’s it.
I feel very well and rested and need civilisation! One week post opp already!!
We are planning, weather permitting, a short walk around Arundel tomorrow – just to get out, it’s not far from me.
I’ll wrap up and I’m looking foreword to it.
Eating has been a little relaxed, I eat really slowly and that feels ok going down.
I’ve been having ready breck and soya lite milk, lentil soup- from the return to slender book, and for tea, shepherdess pie- that’s with beans and lentils- meatless.
I’m up to about a litre and a half of water cos im sipping while resting.
I’ve been walking around doing my stuff!
Getting a square bottom!
Hope all is well with you,
Juliexx
