Hi Whitey. I don’t use protein powder but I used to sprinkle dried milk powder onto a lot of my food. It tasted nice and certainly didn’t do me any harm. I also helped with calcium (being a woman of a certain age!) but if ever in doubt, follow your dietitian’s advice.

Protein powder is hideously expensive but dried milk is cheap as chips. Don’t take my word for it that it’s a good thing to do though. It’s only what I did. I’m a vegetarian so I just thought it was a good idea. Still do it now sometimes.
