Absolutely it would be great if me and Treeza managed to get together, if anyone else in the area would like to join us they are more than welcome to share the banana and nut cake…

You know I’m feeling better already and, thanks to the help and support you lovely people are giving me a lot more in control, I went back to work today, after a week off, and put my new relaxed thinking into practice and guess what, it works now all I’ve got to do is keep it up, wish me luck.

Take care
Love to all

That’s what we like to hear – the old, happy optimistic Lelsey coming back! I’m so thrilled your first day back went well. Just take it one day at a time and be kind to yourself. You will get there in the end, of that I have no doubt at all.

We are all little seedlings that have been planted. We are just pushing through the soil one minute and hey presto, six months later – sunflowers growing high enough to get dizzy and leaving behind all the mud and critters. Have no idea where that analogy popped up from but I rather like it! Sun flowers are so cheerful and make everything around them feel like they have a sentry watching over them.

ps I think I spent far too much time as a child, dreaming about nature and animals when I lived in the Kent countryside haha.
