I’m so glad you were not offended by my honesty.

I think you are doing all the right things to help yourself. It’s SO hard to see the numbers go up but know it’s for the best.

Who ever would have thought it – that we are told to put a bit on after YEARS of being told that every single problem in our lives could be solved by losing weight!

I wish you all the luck in the world in your quest to find a truly happy medium. It’s not in the least bit ungrateful! Always here for you ;-))
