I don’t count calories, just try to eat a little of something that is good for me, and have to stop eating pretty soon as I am never sure how much this little pouch can take, but I do know the brain registers ‘full’ 5 mins or so after we are full, so do keep getting it a bit wrong and having to rest to let the food go down. Mind you, I never have counted calories, sounds like maths to me and I don’t do maths!! I think Doodah is spot on, little and often, at least 2 litres of fluid, and enjoy yourself without worrying about calories too much! xx
