I know where your coming from Emma but I think I’m staying too safe with foods and I am going to brave and try some new foods , I have stuck to chicken either in a cook bag or casserole , fish , mince meat , Shepard pie , fish fingers , jacket potatoes beans . Toast . I’m getting a bit bored now , but the ghost buster mucus stopped me , so may be i try a curry ?

Be careful with curry Kim. Make absolutely certain you are ok with rice. It carries on swelling in the stomach long after it has been eaten – this can be a nightmare scenario for a wls patient. :-O
