Wow, a stone already, that must give you a boost. Glad you’re not in pain. Sounds like you’re on top of the food too, I remember serving myself a ramekin of whatever puree I was having and not being able to eat it all.

Well done for drinking water, difficult as you say but so important to keep your fluids up. I found that sugar free squash made very weak helped the water down. Are you managing to do any walking? I used to shuffle to the end of the street and back 4 times a day. I was amazed how quickly I was able to increase my speed and endurance.

Most importantly, listen to your body, rest when you can and look after yourself
