Just to confirm its sips not gulps.. Hot water helps me greatly! Sips are fine and actually helps get the peristalsis going in the gut, Most people will know what I mean when they eat the first meal of the day and the feeling is tight..stops getting that horrid block feeling when you salivate for England.

My weight loss has been purely through throwing up and fluid diet only since 2009 when I was 2 stones heavier..But hoping to get the band filled to the correct level maybe I may just start seeing some results! Since 2011 I have lost 4 kgs and since 2009 7 kgs in total 11kgs in almost 5 years not right really is it..
I need to get regular fills done as this is the key I have learned and heard by a Utube American Doctor in Florida and he is adamant that fills need to be done monthly until approx 7 mls in a 14 ml band.

We will see I will get back to you and let you know how it goes…
