The spray is good as are the sublingual tablets. The tablets are around 1000 in strength, which is much higher than the rda but much lower than the injections, not that you should compare.
They both work better than standard tablets because your stomach tends to not absorb b12 well so the sublingual or the spray get absorbed by the lining of the mouth straight into the bloodstream. I’d definately recommend you get ur b12 in, you choose the method! But get the highest dose possible. The worst that will happen is a boost of energy!
