Hi Doodah

I believe that too but i started swimming today … first time in years lol so i weighed myself this morning and i have been very careful of what i eat since i weighed myself mid week last week including exercising once for half an hour fat burning and ive put on more weight !!! I’m now 19 stone 3 and i remember being 20 stone 10 after new year so i am still lighter but it is heartbreaking to put more weight on and for some reason i thought my band fill was less than 2 weeks away but it isnt its less than 3 weeks away still and i have my birthday before my first band fill to get thru without putting weight on … i just want to feel the restriction and eat less .. am so desperate for this to work for me cos i could never go thru surgery again i hated the first week after the band … so i am writing down everything i eat this week i use a side plate all the time anyway and my portions are much smaller than before the milk diet … i will be going swimming every day as well if not ill work out with davina mccall lol .. i dont know what else to do 🙁
