I have actually put 4lbs back on was gutted to see it but then logic kicked in and i thought well i didnt eat for 2 weeks and now im back on proper food and i havent done anything about exercise yet .. so today i started a dvd workout with davina mccall did 30 mins workout nearly killed me lol and im on 3 meals a day with a yoghurt for snack if i want one .. due first band fill 2 weeks today so i also logically figure that my band isnt working properly yet ?!? although since i have had it put in i cannot eat certain foods anything dough based so far basically which im happy with …
So … am not going to weigh myself until a week today which will be a week before the band fill and then i will see where i am at ….. very nervous lol xxxx
