As for the question should it be low after 12 weeks, it really depends on your intake and how your levels were before surgery, I might have already been low and your surgery has not made any difference.

Are you feeling anaemic, tired and lethargic, if you feel fine then you will probably find your levels are already comming up just from your Forceval, but talk to your consultant and go with what he/she says.
