I did four weeks of purée at the end of the four weeks I was ready to move on to the next stage. Disaster struck on the first day of minced and mashed first bit of food lasted between 20-30 seconds that will teach me to be too keen so rather than give up I tried again at lunchtime and success, I think breakfast had been too dry and I was in a hurry I learnt the hard way and won’t do it again, Shaw even suggested going back to purée the following day but I didn’t want to go back and try a week later! I learnt my lesson and I make sure everything is also chewed, chewed and chewed!
