The other thing that takes time to get used to is how one day you will be able to eat something without any problems and then a week later the same food gives you problems and up it comes, the good news is that problem does sort itself out eventually, in my case I am just over 8 months post op and nothing gives me any surprises as I know now through experience (Good & Bad) just what I can eat and what I cannot, so in my case Lasagna is in and T Bone Stake is out. Everyone is different and you will soon find out what your good & Bad foods are, its one very steep learning curve for sure.
