Hi Missjones

What a shame you don’t feel supported by your team. I’m also 5 months post op bypass surgery.
I’m eating “normal” food but ramekin or side plate sized! Any more will stretch your pouch. Crisps etc not a good idea as wasted calories (although we don’t really count calories). Sweet & fatty things will cause you to dump! Rule of thumb is :- no more than 5grms sugar, 3grm of saturated fat per 100grms. You should have 3 small meals & 2 snacks per day.
You shouldn’t drink for 20-30 minutes pre & post eating or whilst your eating as this can cause dumping & will stretch your pouch.
I’m really still a baby when it comes to surgery but there are some wonderful, inspiration experience people on this forum who will help advise you better than I can.
If I was you I’d go back to the start eating very small meals & snacks to try shrink up
Pouch a bit. Stop the crisps & sweets. Good luck x saying all that 5 stone in 5 months is fab! Couldn’t have had that kind of weight loss without the surgery x keep strong, don’t beat yourself up. You’ve done the right thing seeking help it shows your determination to continue on x be kind to yourself xxx
