2yrs ago TODAY – I done something that has changed my life….I took a big step. I done the best thing ever for my body. I had a Gastric Band operation.

Its not been easy, but it has been worthwhile. I’ve learnt so much about food, nutrition, diet. I’ve lost just over half of my target.

I did have a sort of break for almost a year since my ex left me as I had a bit of a breakdown. BUT im back on the weight loss pathway now….And loving it.

Im no longer a size 26 (uk dress size)….But a size 18. I only want to get to a size 14 and stop as I like having curves.

This week to celebrate my surgierversary of 2yrs, I’ve joined a gym (again). Looked into a few alternative ways to change my life for the better. I’m so happy that I made this step. — feeling accomplished.

I can’t believe it was two years ago! Where has that time gone?

Good for you for sticking at it and making the most of the fabulous tool you have been given. It is a lifelong commitment for sure! Size 14 is a great size for a grown woman in my humble opinion!
