Bariatric patients as a group are very interesting and absolutely fascinating people to look after and you learn so much by just listening to what they have to tell you. Obese patients often deny the fact that they over eat but it seems that once they come here and start talking to Shaw and to Guy and to us, it is much easier for them to actually talk about their relationships with food and admit that they have almost an all consuming addiction with food.
