Denise's Top tips for Occasions 2

Dumping syndrome is a reaction of your body to sudden intakes of sugar. Therefore you should not take any concentrated forms of sugar such as sugar in drinks, sweets, chocolates etc. These will cause sweating, nausea, light headedness and it feels very unpleasant. We therefore encourage you to avoid these foods.
