Whatever type of bariatric surgery you choose, you need to be sure that you will have support continuously throughout your recovery and beyond. We at Streamline Surgical recognise that the aftercare our patients receive is just as important as the actual operation itself. Streamline Surgical provides an after-care programme for every patient at the Harrow Healthcare Centre in Middlesex.

The all-inclusive package comprises a comprehensive care plan in addition to surgery including:

• Unlimited gastric band adjustments for 2 years (with an option to go to 5 years)
• A 24/7 hour emergency helpline
• Regular contact with the bariatric team including dietician and nurse
• The ability to book tailored appointments for subsequent visits to clinic
• Access to your surgeon if required
• Guidance and support on emotional eating from our specialist team

The aftercare is managed by a team of doctors with a specialist interest in bariatric medicine. We offer appropriately equipped premises, in a private environment with aftercare by GPs who understand the medical, psychological and social issues around obesity and the needs of bariatric patients.
