    Hi Toni
    Thank you for the link to fitday - I registered yesterday and am already an addict!
    I am 6wks post open RNY conversion from VGP so need all the advice I can get. Tho I have lost 18kilos the past week I have come to a stop so am recording and weighing everything at the mo to give me a true picture!
    I am also using the Wii fit plus, choosing excersises carefull so as not to strain the wound but at least I am getting some activity and can record that as well!!

    I came across another site today that's UK based so the food finder doesn't seem to have all the US brand foods which we don't have over here. I find really easy to use and it has a great dashboard...
