    I have to confess that giving up sugar in tea and coffee is REALLY hard and I haven't quite managed it :-/

    Good article, certainly makes you think before you buy. I'm luck I managed to give up sugar in tea and few years back and changed to sweeteners in coffee but I've certenly realised since having WLS and before just how much sugar there is in everything, list the article said, everything in moderation.
