Streamline Surgical want you to work with us to change more people's lives

Are you considering weight loss surgery, but are put off by the cost? You are not alone and we at Streamline want to help. We are developing a payment plan that will enable Streamline patients to have their surgery and pay for it over a period of time in a way that is manageable and affordable for them.

To enable us to offer such a plan we need your help. We are working with Experian, a well respected company, who need examples of the type of people who would request such a plan should it exist. We need people who think they may like to have weight loss surgery and pay the cost over monthly instalments to volunteer to take part in a piece of market research. This is so we can produce a payment plan that works best for the most important people to us, you our patients.

Whatever information you provide will be anonymous and treated in the strictest of confidence.

We are merely asking for volunteers to provide information for market research to enable us to decide whether to offer such a scheme in the future.
